Financial accounting 

We keep financial accounting in accordance with the requirements of the Republic of Lithuania and/or international accounting standards and business accounting standards. We prepare preliminary and annual financial statements in accordance with the above standards for private limited-liability companies, small partnerships, branches and representative offices of foreign companies, individual clients, EMIs (electronic money institutions) and PIs (payment institutions).  

Payroll accounting 

We calculate employees’ salaries, personal income and social security taxes. We complete and submit personal income tax returns and social security tax statements. 

Financial reporting 

We prepare reports for management and shareholders required by law (balance sheets, profit and loss accounts) and other reports in the format and language preferred by the client. 

Supplementary accounting services 

We also provide supplementary accounting services to our clients:

Financial control 

We consult on internal control and accounting system issues. Under authorisation of shareholders, managers or investors we implement the revision of consolidated financial statements, annual financial performance, calculation and declaration of taxes. 

Company secretarial 

We can provide your company with services for the use of a registration address, assist in cooperation with the Centre of Registers and advise on all other matters required by the company’s statutory.
